1. About these terms

These terms apply when you access yumingo.fi, view its content or submit information through the restaurant application form. By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. About Yumingo

Yumingo is developing a restaurant platform for ordering, takeaway, delivery, reservations, loyalty and related restaurant operations. The website currently provides information and accepts launch-partner applications.

3. Restaurant applications

An application is an expression of interest only. It is not an offer, acceptance, reservation of capacity, promise of launch date or binding service contract. Yumingo may contact the applicant, request more information, accept or decline an application, or pause onboarding at its discretion.

Any pricing, commission, payment, delivery, hardware, service-level or subscription terms will be agreed separately in writing before paid services begin.

4. Information you submit

You confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you are authorised to submit information on behalf of the restaurant;
• uploaded menus, images and other materials do not infringe third-party rights;
• files do not contain malware, unlawful material or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

You retain ownership of submitted materials. You grant Yumingo a limited right to store, review, reproduce and adapt them only as needed to evaluate the application and prepare requested onboarding materials.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt to access private areas, accounts, systems or data without permission;
• interfere with the website, submit automated spam or bypass security controls;
• upload malicious code or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity;
• copy, scrape or commercially exploit website content except as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Yumingo name, logo, website design, illustrations, text, software and other original content are owned by or licensed to Yumingo. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may view the website for legitimate business evaluation but may not reproduce or distribute protected content without permission.

7. Third-party services

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, mapping, database, storage or communication services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Yumingo is not responsible for third-party websites that it does not control.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, suspend or change the website, application form or described launch features. We aim to keep information accurate, but pre-launch descriptions, mock-ups and feature plans may change before commercial release.

9. No warranty

The website is provided on an “as available” basis for information and application purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Yumingo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, acceptance of an application or that every described feature will be available on a particular date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Yumingo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website or reliance on pre-launch descriptions. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct.

11. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by Finnish law, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting info@yumingo.fi. Any binding commercial agreement may contain its own dispute-resolution terms.
